Q: What shipping methods are available?
We ship the majority of our orders via UPS. We offer: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Standard.
We also utilize the USPS (United States Postal Service) at your request.
*A pick-up fee applies in addition to the required postage fee.
Or, if you have an account with another courier/delivery service, we will gladly ship your order to you using the account number you have established with that service provider.
Please note: A small handling fee is applied to each order, regardless of shipping method.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. When paying by check or money order, please remember to pay in US Dollars.
For the convenience of our international customers, we also accept wire transfers.

You can pay your balance at the time your order is placed, or we will invoice you when your order is shipped.
Terms: All invoices are due within 30 days, and a minimal finance charge will be assessed each month on unpaid balances.
Q: Will sales tax be added to my invoice?
If your order is shipped to an address located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, 6% sales tax is added.
Q: What guarantees or warranties do your products carry?
Our complete line is covered by an unconditional guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, or if you receive a defective or damaged product, simply call us for a refund, credit or exchange.
When requesting a refund or credit, you will receive 100% of the original cost (less S/H/I) if your request is received within the first 30 days of the original shipment. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
